Terms & Conditions

• "Service" refers to the Pickl website and mobile applications.
• "You" or "User" means anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Pre-Order" means a purchase of early access via Stripe on our website.
• "Subscription" means a recurring paid plan purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• You must be at least 13 years old to register for an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password and account credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.

• Pre-Orders: Available on our website via Stripe. When you place a Pre-Order, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
• Payment Confirmations: Payment receipts and confirmations are sent directly by Stripe. Pickl does not generate or email these receipts.
• Project Updates: We may email you over time with product updates, launch timelines, and newsletters using the email address you provide at checkout.
• Refunds: Pre-Orders are only refundable if Pickl Finance does not launch or enter the market. We currently do not have a defined launch date. If we cancel the project, you will be eligible for a full refund.

• Subscriptions (e.g. premium features) are purchased in-app via Apple or Google. Recurring charges appear on your App Store or Google Play statement.
• You manage, modify, or cancel your subscription directly through your device's app-store subscriptions settings.
• We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods—please refer to App Store or Play Store refund policies.

If you opt into push notifications, you authorize us to send alerts (e.g. low-balance warnings, goal reminders). You can disable these in your device's settings or in-app under Settings → Notifications.

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• No copying, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized use of our software.
• No scraping or misuse of our APIs or data feeds.

All content, design, and code are owned by Pickl Finance, Inc. (a corporation in formation; state of incorporation pending) or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pickl Finance, Inc. (a corporation in formation; state of incorporation pending) from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• No Financial Advice. Content is educational only—see our Disclaimer.
• "As-Is" Basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.
• Limitation. Our liability is capped at the total fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We do not store your address, Social Security number, or other government-issued identifiers. We only collect your name and date of birth when required for account setup.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Boston, MA.

• Arbitration: By using the Service, you agree to resolve any disputes through final and binding arbitration, except for matters eligible for small claims court.
• No Class Actions: You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
• Limitation on Claims: Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is waived.

We may update these Terms—revisions will carry a new "Effective date" above. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
